I am a human trying to make sense out my short time on this blue rock. I grew up in a small town in Maine and later split my time between there and Atlanta. As a kid I had a passion for martial arts, music, science fiction, and motor sports.
A brief work history of me
I worked as a systems analyst for Wang Laboratories in high school. After high school I worked as the IT Director for a group of bank robbers in their front business, an IT startup and rave promotion company. I got fired when I started asking questions and worked as a network engineer for Executive Solution Providers until starting my own Network Security and Engineering company. I did this until I was hired as the CIO of a American Freedom Mortgage.
During this time I was racing motorcycles in WERA seeing if I might be able to become a decent motorcycle racer. Let’s just say I was no Nicky Hayden.
In the mortgage crash of 2007 I found myself unemployed and disenchanted with working in IT. I opened Unit 2 Fitness later that year and grew it to one of the largest MMA gyms in Atlanta. There I got to train with some of the best fighters and martial artists in the world and by train I mostly mean get beat up by. I started taking trips to Thailand and training and eventually fought professional Muay Thai there.
During this time I was racing cars in the National Auto Sport Association and took home a few regional championships.
In 2008 a movie director came by my gym and asked if he could use it as a location for his film. I agreed under the condition he put me in the movie. He agreed and I got a small part in his film. I fell in love with the business and decided to be in movies. Since then I have been in well over a hundred productions as a stunt performer. A full list is on my IMDb.
In 2020 I directed my first feature length documentary “The Ark of Lilburn”. You can check it out on iTunes here.
Also, Mostly Harmless is very much stolen from the brilliant Douglas Adams.
